The staff at the lounge showed really good professionalism and genuine warmth. Liana and kevin were lovely to meet. i appreciated their attention to detail and their eagerness to. the dining options were also superb, with dishes that exceeded my expectations.
the hotel is very large, so moving around takes some time.

Our beautiful king room offered an ocean view. We felt so romantic every time that we looked at it. the room included a king-sized bed and a seating area. there was also a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the scenery.

I arrived and was met with genuine balinese warmth, just as the sun kissed the ocean, katerin and pink ensured a smooth check-in, securing us a room on a high floor. Such kindness set the tone for our stay. the comfy beds embraced us each night as if they were gentle clouds. the insanely huge breakfast buffet was a tender feast.
The gym was a little too small to fit the number of guests the hotel caters to. I wish there was more space.

The location felt exclusive and private, set away from busier areas. It offered a serene escape. access to the beach was convenient, perfect for romantic walks at sunset, though the parking was expensive! the resort reminded me of a secluded paradise.

Our room featured a spacious layout with elegant decor and a comfortable king-size bed. We had a view that stretched over the ocean. the bathroom included modern fixtures, plus, it had a separate soaking tub and a rainfall shower. I slept like a baby.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, and the quality was great. The location was perfect. It was a quick and easy taxi ride to nearby attractions.
The beach area had some driftwood and rubbish at times. It was cleaned regularly, but it detracted a little from the otherwise perfect setting.

finding a sunbed after breakfast was nearly impossible, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

The Executive King Room Lagoon Access offered direct access to the serene lagoon. The bathroom included a spacious shower and a separate bathtub. I was able to use the executive lounge. It opened early and closed late.
